Physical Products

All orders are processed within 1-3 days. We ship from USA and we uses USPS for shipping. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at check out.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your package to arrive. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please contact us immediately for any problem regarding your order.

 

Digital Products

After completing the payment, the digital file (e-book) will be sent to your email address within 24 hours.

Please respect the nature of your digital file and avoid sharing it with anyone outside your household.

  

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

 

Physical Products

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

 

Digital Products

Because of it's nature, all sales for digital products are final and non-refundable. We do not accept cancellations, returns, nor exchanges for digital products.
